Job summary

Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an advanced analytics expert to own the Embedded Channel funnel optimization, A/B testing, and questionnaire design across partner experiences. This role partners with SPG relationship managers and leadership to deliver insights that drive growth and profitability.

You will present findings to senior leadership and collaborate with product teams, enjoying visibility across multiple departments as you scale this new channel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of related experience; quantitative fields preferred.
• Master's degree preferred; Ph.D. with no professional experience may substitute.
• Deep knowledge of data sources, tools and business drivers.
• Ability to apply advanced analytical concepts to improve business outcomes.
• Ability to build analytic tools used by business teams to analyze results and opportunities.
• Strong planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to present data visually and verbally to guide conversations with business managers.

Responsibilities

• Conducts high complexity, independent analysis in support of Embedded Channel business.
• Manages complex projects, while providing technical and analytical assessments of issues facing the Embedded Channel.
• Utilizes advanced statistical techniques to solve business problems, often working with complex data sources.
• May develop analytic tools used by others to do their jobs more effectively and guide decision-making.
• Answers complex questions by synthesizing data from diverse sources, conducting independent analysis to generate actionable insights.
• Leads discussions with senior leaders at the department or functional level, communicating analytical results clearly and persuasively.
