As a Business Analytics Lead within PNC's Data, Modeling & Analytics Retail Deposits and Household Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH or Tysons Corner, VA. Role Overview: • Leverage advanced statistical and mathematical techniques to understand customer behavior, identify patterns, quantify business drivers, and uncover actionable opportunities. • Lead the development of sophisticated analytical solutions that support strategic questions related to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, attrition, product adoption, household growth, and deposit performance. • Determine the optimal analytical approach for each business problem by evaluating methodological assumptions, tradeoffs, statistical validity, interpretability, scalability, and business applicability. Preferred skills and experience: • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
