Job summary

You will oversee reporting, cost–benefit analysis, risk assessment and development of key metrics, partnering with management to implement solutions and communicate recommendations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus at least 2 years of professional experience in public or private sector.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of professional experience.
• Willing to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Responsibilities

• Leads and performs the most complex analysis of information, problems, and/or data under general direction.
• Develops recommendations for review of management.
• Provides leadership over tracking, monitoring and measurement of implemented solutions for the most complex issues.
• Acts as a subject matter expert with a full understanding of the area of specialization.
• Leads the performance of gap analysis and cost benefit analysis where indicated.
• Communicates risks and proposed mitigation plans to management.
• Leads the computation of metrics involving the most complex issues.
• Leads the development, analysis and dissemination of the most complex reports.
• Networks with key contacts outside of own area of expertise, working collaboratively and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Leads the resolution of the most complex issues.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Recommends streamlined processes and process improvements to management. Drives change as needed.
• May have oversight, coach and mentor less senior analysts.
