Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years in finance, economics, accounting, math, business, actuarial science, or CS.
• Experience planning projects within budget and timelines, with internal/external coordination.
• Ability to build relationships across a matrix organization and ensure service quality.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and escalating when needed.
• Strong time management and multi-project scheduling skills.
• Experience diagnosing complex issues and implementing solutions.
• Experience analyzing data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, formulas, and formatting.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Word capabilities for presentations and reports.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present data visualizations that communicate insights clearly to all audiences.
• Create analytical methodologies and tools to evaluate processes and ROI.
• Collaborate with account teams and contracting to integrate variances into results.
• Lead automated processes to identify data and process integrity issues and communicate impacts.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions and hypotheses.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports and run queries for data mining and analytics.
• Support compliance monitoring definitions, price maintenance, and network IDs.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
