Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Category & Innovation Analytics Intelligence to lead analytics delivery for category performance, long-range planning, and strategic roadmaps in a globally networked organization. You will partner with marketing, commercial, finance, strategy, and technology teams to unlock actionable insights and improve decision making.

Qualifications

5+ years in FMCG analytics, with global or regional experience.
Experience across marketing, commercial, finance, strategy, and technology.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver analytics insights for monthly business reviews, quarterly performance deep-dives, annual business planning, and long-term roadmaps.
Monitor category performance reports, identifying trends and actionable insights.
Collaborate with teams to analyze category performance and identify growth opportunities.
Propose and implement process improvements for category and internal workflows.
Track usage and satisfaction of analytics tools, addressing barriers to increase engagement.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity for category analysis and reporting.
