Gartner, Inc. is seeking a data-driven HR Technology/People Analytics professional to create and monitor metrics for stakeholders, lead recruitment program development at scale, and act as a trusted data partner across HR and business partners.

You will join a hybrid work environment with strong compensation and benefits, helping attract, develop, and retain Gartner associates while driving growth through analytics and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytical subjects or business preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in HR, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, or Finance.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to turn data into insights.
• Strong Excel and PowerBI skills with presentation abilities.

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
