Procter & Gamble's Analytics & Insights (A&I) team seeks a trusted internal business strategy consultant to ensure consumer and shopper insights drive decisions and execution.

You will partner across Brand Management, Finance, Sales, and R&D to identify opportunities for growth, translating research into actionable recommendations. Travel up to 20% and on-site work in Cincinnati are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in a quantitative field required.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience with data management and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, KNIME, Alteryx, Tableau, Spotfire).
• Working knowledge of market research techniques and data platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, Word.
• Experience with JMP or other statistical software.
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Diving into data sets to understand brand, business, and customer performance in market along with key business drivers.
• Utilizing Nielsen data to draw insights and inform optimization recommendations.
• Develop consumer insights to guide brand decisions and innovation.
