Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to advance data, automation, and AI strategy within Revenue Cycle Management. You will design and optimize data models and ETL/ELT pipelines in a Databricks Lakehouse, enabling automation and intelligent prioritization of AR workflows.

You will collaborate with data architecture and product teams to establish standards, promote testable designs, and drive scalable, governable data solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of analytics/data engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with dbt in modern ELT environments and distributed data platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and expertise in automated testing, CI/CD, modular design, observability, and governance.
• Experience building scalable data models in cloud environments and working with healthcare data (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor high-quality data models and transformation pipelines in Databricks Lakehouse.
• Build scalable, maintainable data models, macros, tests, and automation for AR Follow-Up workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate AR processes into technical designs and deliverables.
• Contribute to analytics engineering standards, conventions, and testing best practices.
• Lead design sessions, spike investigations, and data-architecture reviews; mentor engineers.
