Ensemble RCM LLC, based in Blue Ash, OH (remote), seeks a Senior Data Engineer to design and scale data pipelines, integrate APIs, and apply generative AI to accelerate development. You will work with Microsoft SQL, Databricks, Spark, Python, and Azure services to deliver reliable production data solutions while ensuring data quality and compliance in healthcare.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on experience developing SQL-based data solutions.
3+ years with Databricks, Spark, Python and Azure services.
Experience with automated testing, code reviews, telemetry and DevOps.
Experience with polyglot storage architectures across relational, columnar, key-value, and graph.
Hands-on with Delta Lake and Parquet in ADLS.
Experience building event-driven, distributed applications.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve scalable data pipelines and API integrations.
Use generative AI tools in day-to-day engineering work to accelerate development and improve quality.
Translate product and business concepts into incremental, high-quality technical deliverables.
Participate in hands-on design sessions and contribute through thorough code reviews.
Implement data quality monitoring to help ensure accurate, reliable production data.
Review and recommend architectural patterns that align with enterprise platforms and best practices.
