Qualifications

• 5+ years in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, or similar field.
• Deep SQL, dbt, Python, and Snowflake expertise.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker/Omni or similar, and standard analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data models and pipelines to power decision-making.
• Define a robust semantic layer and standardize metrics for self-serve insights.
• Partner with Product, GTM, Finance, and Exec to deliver dashboards and tools.
• Establish data modeling standards for accuracy, performance, and maintainability.
• Plan tracking for new product surfaces and ensure accurate event implementation.
• Own product event tracking strategy, naming, schemas, and documentation.
• Make analytical assets discoverable, reliable, and well-documented.
