Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Analyst to design and develop analytics and reporting solutions, integrating data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights for business teams.

You will own and maintain the MyInsights reporting portal, partner with IT and stakeholders to ensure adoption, and iteratively improve user experience through design thinking and prototyping. Strong communication and data visualization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in quantitative, scientific, or business fields.
• 2-4 years of experience designing reporting and analytics solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with data.
• Experience using visualization tools to create engaging reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics and reporting solutions from multiple data sources.
• Own and maintain the MyInsights reporting portal aligned with customer needs.
• Train users, advocate for the solution, and partner with project teams.
• Elicit business needs to craft appropriate analytics solutions.
• Update analytics solutions using industry-standard methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate analytics offerings.
• Monitor adoption criteria using utilization statistics.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors for technical development.
• Prototype low-fidelity designs and iteratively improve UX.
• Ensure solutions work together to provide a consistent service experience.
• Work with customer teams to extract actionable insights.
