• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in analytics, data, or technology-related roles with 3+ years on Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Atlan.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and practical business applications.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business concepts into structured metrics and reusable data products.
• Cross-functional collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with metric management platforms and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements for reusable cross-domain analytical data products with metric certification, lineage, and metadata collection.
• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and business rules for enterprise reuse.
• Deliver scalable analytics layer with enterprise metrics enabling self-service BI.
• Define data quality rules and monitor data drift to ensure trusted analytics.
• Validate data across analytics lifecycles and maintain data product catalogs.
• Mentor and coach the BICOE community across the organization.
