Job summary

Northwestern Memorial Hospital is seeking a Senior Analytics Developer to transform data into actionable insights for executives and leaders across the organization. You will build data warehouse solutions, develop dashboards, and perform advanced SQL analysis to support strategic decisions.

The role requires collaboration with clinical and administrative teams, expertise in the Microsoft data stack, and a commitment to data quality and governance within Northwestern Medicine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four or more years of experience in a role querying and/or analyzing data.
• Experience using the Microsoft stack (SSRS, SSMS, SSIS, SSAS).
• Experience using SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and complex queries.

Responsibilities

• Be a Data Champion by ensuring data accessibility, accuracy and quality.
• Develop data warehouse and analytic solutions via ETL, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver actionable analytics.
• Own analytics projects and coordinate with multiple departments.
