Job summary

Crunchr is seeking a senior, hands-on Analytics Engineer to be the technical partner to our customers, integrating, cleansing and structuring HR data and building data pipelines across source systems. You will work with clients during and after implementation to optimize their big data ecosystem.

You will be based in Boston and report to the Head of CS. You will own customer accounts, collaborate with CS and Engineering, and drive data-driven improvements with AI-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Data Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with track record of senior-level technical ownership.
• Hands-on Python skills and strong data engineering fundamentals.
• Comfortable advising and presenting to senior stakeholders and translating complexity clearly.
• Affinity with the HR or People Analytics domain.
• Actively embrace AI as part of how you work.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technical owner for your own customer accounts, owning issues end-to-end.
• Identify data quality gaps to enable further analytics opportunities.
• Continuously improve technical standards across code quality and pipeline architecture.
• Set up integrations with HRIS systems and feed data into Crunchr solution.
• Be the senior technical voice with customers and lead data discussions.
• Incorporate AI to improve speed, quality, or consistency across the team.
