Job summary

Cleartelligence in the United States is seeking a Senior Data Management Consultant to design, build, and enable analytics on Snowflake and dbt-based platforms. You will lead discovery, translate business needs into robust data models, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities span data integration, ELT pipelines, data modeling, and governance, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, security, and scalable analytics architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data management roles.
• Strong Snowflake skills including data modeling, performance optimization, and security.
• Hands-on dbt for analytics engineering: model development, testing, and documentation.
• Advanced SQL with complex transformations, multi-layer queries, and analytics patterns.
• Experience developing ELT pipelines in a modern cloud data platform environment.
• Understanding of modern data warehousing, analytics engineering, and semantic modeling concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and version control using GitHub and/or GitLab.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into well-structured data models and analytics solutions.
• Strong consulting and client-facing skills, including stakeholder communication and solution ownership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from diverse source systems to understand upstream processes and integration requirements.
• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering with stakeholders to shape analytics solutions.
• Design and implement Snowflake-based data architectures to support analytics and reporting.
• Develop, test, and maintain robust ELT pipelines using Snowflake and dbt best practices.
• Build analytics-ready data models enabling self-service reporting and decision-making.
• Apply analytics engineering best practices, including modular modeling, testing, and version control with dbt.
• Identify and resolve data integration, quality, and performance issues across the analytics stack.
• Lead or support data migrations from on-premises or legacy platforms to Snowflake.
• Provide technical leadership on data modeling standards and analytics architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment.
• Support release management for data platforms, pipelines, and analytics assets.
• Design and manage workflow orchestration and monitoring for data pipelines.
• Ensure data platform security, including role-based access control and secure data sharing in Snowflake.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to clients, including tradeoffs and recommendations.
