Job summary

Koch Technologies HR Technology is seeking a Sr. Analytics Engineer to build and maintain data products that provide a trusted view of how communications and marketing influence audience behavior and business results.

You will connect data across systems, develop scalable pipelines and analytics solutions, and deliver insights to improve decision-making, optimize investments, and increase measurement maturity across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating production data pipelines and dimensional or analytical data models (ELT/ETL, orchestration).
• Strong SQL and Python for data engineering and analysis.
• Experience integrating data from multiple SaaS and web platforms via APIs with incremental loads and schema drift.
• Experience delivering analytics and dashboards in a modern BI platform with semantic or metric layers.
• Demonstrated use of AI/LLM tooling to accelerate engineering and create AI-enabled data products.
• Experience with data quality practices, monitoring, lineage, and documentation.
• Experience working with business partners to translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, analytical models, dashboards, and AI-enabled data products.
• Integrate and model data from multiple platforms to connect activities, outcomes, and business value.
• Establish trusted data foundations through governance, quality testing, monitoring, and lineage.
• Apply AI to accelerate development and enhance analytics experiences (anomaly detection, NLP querying, insight generation).
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.
