Job summary

Koch Technologies HR Technology team is seeking a Sr. Analytics Engineer to build the data foundation behind Koch Communications & Marketing's measurement priorities.

You will design and maintain data pipelines, analytics models, and AI-enabled data products that connect marketing, recruiting, and operations data into actionable insights. You will integrate data from multiple platforms, establish data governance, and apply AI to accelerate development and deliver impactful analytics experiences,

Qualifications

• Experience building and operating production data pipelines with ELT/ETL.
• Strong SQL and Python for data engineering and analysis.
• Experience integrating data from multiple SaaS and web platforms via APIs.
• Experience delivering analytics and dashboards in a modern BI platform.
• Hands-on use of AI and LLM tooling to accelerate engineering work.
• Experience with data quality practices, testing, monitoring, and lineage.
• Experience working with business partners to translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, analytical models, dashboards, and AI-enabled data products that connect marketing, recruiting, and operational data into actionable insights.
• Integrate and model data from multiple platforms, building scalable solutions that connect activities, outcomes, and business value.
• Establish trusted data foundations through metric governance, data quality testing, monitoring, lineage, and documentation.
• Apply AI and automation to accelerate development and enhance analytics experiences, including anomaly detection and natural language querying.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with domain experts to deliver measurable business outcomes and drive adoption.
