Job summary

Tradeling is seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to build scalable data models and robust pipelines. You will own the transformation layer with dbt and Airflow, ensuring data quality and governance across the warehouse ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-time experience in Analytics Engineering/BI/Warehouse Modelling.
• Expert in SQL with a strong ability to write performant, readable, and DRY code.
• Extensive experience with dbt for managing the transformation layer.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, particularly with BigQuery.
• Experience with version control (Git), orchestration (Airflow), and BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker).
• Knowledge of Dimensional Modeling using Kimball or Star Schema methodology.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with data orchestration tools.
