Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Senior Developer, Analytics to build the backbone of enterprise analytics in a manufacturing environment. You will lead development of analytics for costing, margin performance, and executive reporting, with a focus on scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric / Synapse, SQL, Python, and Delta Lake.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to translate business problems into data-driven decisions, shaping how analytics are done and delivered across

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, data engineering, or BI development.

Responsibilities

• Design and build manufacturing costing and margin analytics.
• Develop executive and operational reporting in Power BI that people actually use.
• Engineer scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric / Synapse, SQL, and Delta Lake.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines across ERP and enterprise systems.
• Apply Python / PySpark to automate, scale, and optimize data workflows.
• Establish governed, repeatable data models aligned with financial controls.
• Partner with Finance, Cost Accounting, Operations, and Leadership to translate business problems into data solutions.
