Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking a Senior Developer, Analytics to build enterprise analytics in a hybrid role based in Redmond, WA or Rosemont, IL. You will shape the data backbone for manufacturing decisions and drive data-driven outcomes across the business.

You’ll own end-to-end analytics—from costing and margin insights to executive dashboards—using Power BI, SQL, Python, and modern data platforms. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to deliver scalable, governed data solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics, data engineering, or BI development.
• Experience with manufacturing cost or financial analytics.
• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, ETL, Fabric/Synapse, Python/PySpark.
• Strong data governance and scalable design.
• Ability to translate business problems into data solutions.

What You’ll Own

You’ll lead development of enterprise analytics focused on manufacturing, costing, and margin performance. Translation. You’re building the systems that explain where money is made, where it’s lost, and what to do about it.

• Design and build manufacturing costing and margin analytics
