Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Master's degree preferred in a related discipline.
5 years of relevant experience as a Decision Support Analyst or equivalent.
7–10 years of experience in advanced analysis and consultative deliverables.
Strong skills with mainframe, PC and internet databases and reporting tools.
Excellent communication to present findings to senior management.

Responsibilities

Develop and foster internal relationships across the corporation and with external partners.
Mentor colleagues on technical and business aspects of projects.
Define issues and approaches for studies and projects and lead methodologies.
Create new methods of analysis, database design, and performance metrics.
Model data sources and define secure delivery frameworks for knowledge.
Interpret data and present findings to internal and external audiences.
