Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Consultant in the Technology Security and Risk & Resiliency organization. Based in Pittsburgh, Dallas, Strongsville, Phoenix, or Birmingham, you will lead analytics projects and build dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to support risk and resiliency initiatives.

You will translate complex risk data into actionable insights for senior leadership, drive data-driven decision making, and collaborate across technology teams to ensure data quality

Qualifications

• University or college degree required with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Report Development & Support: Build and support reports on enterprise analytics tools, determining the best charts and data structures.
• Reporting Administration & Upkeep: Manage Tableau inventory and user access.
• Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Run calls to determine customer reporting needs and plan initial reporting product.
• Training & Development: Participate in trainings and drive personal development through learning.
• Data Source Development: Build new data sources or modify existing ones.
• Stakeholder Consultation: Act as data SME in consultations with customers and partners.
• Develop and maintain enterprise reporting and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and integrate data.
• Design automated reporting solutions for key risk and resiliency metrics.
• Partner with technology teams to ensure data quality and governance.
