Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Senior Product Manager, Analytics & Connectivity to define strategy, roadmap, and growth of ACM's analytics and connectivity portfolio.

You will own analytics platforms, clinical decision support, and AI-enabled insights while partnering across R&D, Data Science, Clinical, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, IT, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable products that improve patient care and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in upstream product management, product marketing, or strategy role, or an advanced degree with 5+ years in upstream product management, product marketing, or strategy role.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, data science, healthcare, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for analytics, clinical decision support, and connectivity solutions.
• Own and drive the product roadmap for analytics platforms, insights, and clinical intelligence capabilities.
• Prioritize investments and product development based on customer needs, market opportunities, clinical value, and business objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop business cases to support portfolio expansion and growth.
• Lead the development of analytics and clinical decision support solutions that improve patient outcomes, workflow efficiency, and care delivery.
• Define high-value use cases that transform patient and monitoring data into actionable clinical and operational insights.
• Partner with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Data Science teams to develop evidence-based solutions and value propositions.
• Ensure analytics capabilities align with evolving customer, clinical, and healthcare system needs.
