Job summary

Korn Ferry Group is seeking a Lead Analytics Architect / Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and govern enterprise analytics using Power BI, Fabric, and Databricks. This hands-on role translates KPI definitions into scalable data models and governed semantic assets while setting data quality and security standards.

You will lead BI developers, analysts, and data engineers, establish standards, and ensure reliable production support across environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI, semantic modeling, data platforms, or related technical roles.
Advanced SQL and hands-on Azure Databricks and Delta Lake experience.
Deep experience with Power BI semantic models, DAX, dimensional modeling, and model optimization.

Responsibilities

Design and manage enterprise Power BI semantic models and curated analytical datasets.
Develop and optimize SQL transformations, tables, and views within Azure Databricks and Delta Lake.
Translate business requirements and KPI definitions into scalable analytics solutions.
Establish modeling, governance, KPI, lineage, naming, security, and data-quality standards.
Develop reusable DAX measures, calculation groups, relationships, and semantic-model structures.
Implement testing, reconciliation, RLS/OLS security, and source-to-report validation processes.
Manage version control, deployment, monitoring, refresh, and production support across Power BI and Databricks.
