R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst to own reporting for the front-end revenue cycle—pre-registration, pre-authorization, and insurance verification.

You will pull data from multiple systems, write advanced SQL, and build Power BI dashboards to present contractual KPIs to stakeholders. This role requires Databricks experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and the ability to automate recurring reports.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with CTEs, windowing, and joins.
• Experience building and validating dashboards in Power BI.
• Proficient in Excel for data preparation and analysis.
• Healthcare or finance analytics background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting on pre-service performance.

This is one of the harder analytics problems in the business: the data doesn't sit in one database, so you'll pull it together from systems, engineers, and the people who run the programs themselves. The numbers you produce go to health system stakeholders and clients as contractual KPIs, which means accuracy here has direct financial consequences.
