Your day-to-day role will include:

• Develop financial pricing strategies through complex technical analysis.
• Prepare reports using benchmark data to analyze and forecast pricing simulation impacts.
• Perform revenue and budget variance analysis to monitor strategy performance.
• Analyze data to identify revenue trends, summarize financial reports, and prepare materials for discussion with finance teams.
• Gather and compile data in a systematic fashion, clearly documenting assumptions and validating accuracy of information to resolve inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with internal and external revenue integrity teams to accomplish all project goals.
• Create and walk through executive presentations for client meetings.

You have:

• MS Excel knowledge required, including experience with VLookups and Pivot Tables
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation abilities

It would be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or business‑related field and 1-2 years of experience in an analyst role
• Knowledge of revenue cycle, financials, payor contracts, or hospital reimbursement

For this US‑based position, the base pay range is $48,131.00 - $81,225.49 per year.

Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%.
