Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy/management consulting, or related decision-oriented roles.
• Strong business curiosity and problem-solving ability.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, BI/visualization tools and/or Python.
• Hands-on with GenAI, AI agents and emerging productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business and the decision: engage stakeholders to understand objectives, economics, processes and the decisions to be made.
• Challenge and structure problems: ask questions, challenge assumptions and convert issues into hypotheses and frameworks.
• Use data to develop insights: explore data, perform rapid analyses and translate findings into recommendations.
• Rapidly prototype solutions: use GenAI, agentic AI, analytics and low-code/no-code tools to create working prototypes.
• Orchestrate expertise: leverage data scientists, engineers and domain experts when needed.
• Drive from insight to action: communicate findings in business terms and translate into actions with measurable outcomes.
• Continuously learn: experiment with AI capabilities and new tech.
