Qualifications

• Solid mechanical aptitude and desire to grow into a career.
• Strong background testing, servicing, troubleshooting and repairing process equipment.
• Tech school training is a big plus, hands-on experience also considered viable training.
• Military training or technical training experience adds value.
• Reliability and attention to detail are essential.
• General aptitude in mechanical assembly and use of tools is required.
• Valid driver's license, pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA testing of Manufacturing Facility Processing Equipment and Systems handling liquids, gases, chemicals and solvents in a manufacturing environment.
• Operate conventional analytical testing equipment including Moisture, Oxygen, Particulate, TOC, Resistivity contamination and Helium leak detection.
• Assist customers in identifying and solving quality problems and perform assigned tasks.
• Participate in Pre-Planning and Site-Specific Programs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and quality contamination discrepancies; plan, schedule, execute and report data professionally.
