Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC, seeks a Senior Analyst 1, Quality Control for a 2/2/3 schedule (6pm–6am). You will perform routine and advanced QC testing across multiple labs to support urgent manufacturing needs, and act as SME and trainer for at least one test.

You will lead sample collection, manage logistics, and assist with qualification, study testing, OOS investigations, and document reviews within a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years QC experience OR Master’s with 0 years experience.
• Experience with aseptic production & support.
• 1-3 years in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine QC testing across multiple QC labs (e.g., Bioburden, Endotoxin, HPLC, UV280, TOC).
• Serve as SME and trainer for at least one test.
• Lead sample collection and manage sample logistics for testing.
• Support qualification and study-directed testing.
• Investigate routine OOS assays and events.
• Conduct qualification and validation protocols.
• Review intermediate lab testing results.
• Troubleshoot complex assays.
• Support document preparation and reviews.
• Manage project timelines and onboarding of new staff.
• Apply LEAN/Six Sigma principles to lab processes.
