Qualifications

• Six years of R&D experience with extensive experience in HPLC, GC, GC/MS, LC-MS/MS and ICP/MS.
• Bachelor's degree in a clinical or applied science is required.
• Master's or PhD in relevant field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides bench level supervision of R&D projects using HPLC, GC, GC/MS, LC-MS/MS, and ICP/MS.
• Implements new procedures within the department and with other support departments.
• Performs statistical analysis and validation of new methods; writes summaries for method documentation.
• Trains staff in new methods and instrumental techniques.
• Manages special projects and coordinates resources and personnel.
