Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Scientist for the Analytical Sciences team, working on on-site, lab-based roles supporting Manufacturing, PS, and QC. You will advance QC capabilities by developing robust analytical methods for iSRNA/siRNA and peptide therapeutics, collaborating across functions, and mentoring junior scientists.

Qualifications

6+ years of industry experience in analytical development and QC method lifecycle.
Experience developing and validating analytical methods for oligonucleotide or peptide therapeutics.
Hands-on proficiency with LC-MS/MS, CE, ion-pair RP-HPLC, peptide mapping, and oligonucleotide characterization assays.
Proven ability to transfer methods to QC and lead investigations (OOS/OOT).
Strong technical writing, data integrity, and presentation skills; ability to mentor and lead.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize analytical methods for iSRNA/siRNA and peptide modalities.
Design and review qualification and validation protocols for GMP release.
Evaluate and implement new instrumentation and technologies in collaboration with vendors.
Transfer control test procedures to QC, including training materials and acceptance criteria.
Lead investigations and root-cause analyses; provide data-driven conclusions.
Mentor junior scientists and manage the full analytical method lifecycle.
