Job summary

DuPont Water Solutions (DWS) FilmTec site in Edina, MN is seeking a Senior Analytical Lab Technologist to join our RO/NF analytical group. You will perform hands-on analytical testing, develop and validate methods, and provide data-driven recommendations to support manufacturing and product development.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate end-user needs into reliable analytical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory practices.
• Experience operating, maintaining, or troubleshooting analytical lab instrumentation.
• Ability to interpret complex analytical data and communicate conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee analytical testing using techniques such as ICP-OES, ICP-MS, IC, GC-MS, HPLC/UHPLC.
• Develop, validate, and implement new analytical methods.
• Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to project teams.
• Maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and optimize analytical instrumentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address manufacturing and product challenges.
