Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Exton, PA is seeking a Senior Technician Analytical QC to support testing of current product lines. You will perform standard and nonroutine lab tests, inspections, and data organization to ensure high quality, compliant with cGMP standards.

Required Associates degree with 5–7 years experience (or BSc 4 years, MSc 1–3 years) in biological/chemical sciences; GMP/ISO 9001/13485 experience preferred. Salary range $50,000–$70,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; BSc/ MSc preferred.
• Progressive laboratory testing and QC responsibilities in a GMP/ISO environment.
• Experience in QC labs and clean rooms with documentation in cGMPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and inspections on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Analyze and maintain all test data according to cGMPs.
• Perform batch record reviews as part of material approval process.
• Initiate NCRs and manage MRB-related dispositions.
• Organize laboratory supplies and documentation.
• Release and transfer in-process and finished material in ERP systems for sale or further use.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Conduct environmental monitoring in controlled areas and water systems.
• Suggest improvements and implement through change control.
