Job summary

Nippon Sanso Matheson is seeking an experienced Analytical Method Development Chemist in colorado to drive development and implementation of industry standards and novel test methods for electronics/gas division lab. Leadership may include management of analytical chemists in production and R&D.

The role focuses on metals and gas phase analyses at ultra-trace levels, development of new methods, and overseeing analytical programs to meet customer demands and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple instrumentation listed in the knowledge section.
• Ability to develop and validate test methods in quality environments.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with GLP principles and method transfer.
• Ability to manage projects and labs under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop new analytical methods for specialty and electronic gases.
• Combine techniques to improve sensitivity and selectivity.
• Ensure methods meet safety and industry standards.
• Provide customer-facing support for methods and data.
• Collaborate with partners and customers on new development.
• Lead lab staff and maintain laboratory safety practices.
• Train staff and author SOPs and method documents.
