Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading analytical laboratories or teams.
- Experience with quality assurance, regulatory standards, and client-facing projects.
- Strong background in chemical analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all laboratory testing for accuracy and compliance.
- Lead a team of scientists and technicians; mentor staff.
- Coordinate workflows between field, sample preparation, and laboratory teams.
- Deliver client reports, analyses and interpretations to stakeholders.
- Support business development with technical consulting and quotes.
- Oversee R&D initiatives and growth strategy discussions.
- Recommend capital investments in equipment and repairs.
- Ensure adherence to QA and regulatory standards.
