Job summary

ARL Bio Pharma is seeking an Analytical Laboratory Associate Supervisor to plan, manage and supervise the Analytical Laboratory, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant test results. This role requires chromatography experience (IC, GC, LCMSMS) and a strong cGMP background.

The position involves supervising a portion of the technical staff, providing direction to customers, and enforcing safety programs while coordinating with the Analytical Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field.
• 4-6 years of industrial or academic experience in an applicable field.
• Communication Proficiency.
• Problem Solving/Analysis.
• Project Management.
• Supervision Skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all data and test results are reviewed for completeness, correctness, and SOP compliance.
• Provide technical direction to internal and external customers.
• Ensure all safety programs are executed and enforced.
• Review CAPA reports for adequacy and completeness before final approval.
• Ensure Laboratory reports are properly trained for activities.
• Perform managerial duties including scheduling, prioritization, hiring, training, timecard review, performance evaluation and disciplinary action.
• Suggest changes in policies to meet directives and regulations.
• Notify management of关键 instruments or processes out of specification.
• Wear and use appropriate safety equipment and adhere to ARL Bio Pharma safety standards.
