Conti Testing Laboratories is a leading independent analytical testing laboratory specializing in high-quality chemical and material analysis. Conti Testing is accredited to the ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 standard via PJLA for testing and PA DEP accredited laboratory.

Overview:

Conti Testing Laboratories is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our laboratory operations and data management functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys working with data, and is eager to learn in a fast-paced scientific environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• This is a fully onsite role based in Bethel Park, PA. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
• Receive, log, and track laboratory samples using our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Monitor the status of open tests and help ensure timely completion of all lab orders
• Assist in the creation and predevelopment of client report templates
• Review test data for completeness and accuracy, supporting high standards of data integrity
• Collaborate with lab teams to ensure smooth handoffs between sample intake, analysis, and reporting

Key Qualities and Skills:

• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and task follow-through
• Proficiency with computers and information systems; experience in Excel is essential
• Willingness to learn laboratory and scientific workflows
• A scientific or data-oriented mindset (scientific background helpful but not required)
• Experience in data analytics, spreadsheet management, and general administrative support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a laboratory, quality control, or data coordination role is a plus
• Familiarity with laboratory or technical environments
