Verista, Inc. is seeking a seasoned technical professional to support analytical equipment in a GMP manufacturing setting.

The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, CQV activities, and collaboration across Analytical, Engineering, Instrumentation, and Manufacturing teams to ensure equipment availability and optimal performance. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of experience with analytical equipment, CQV, and GMP documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience supporting analytical equipment in pharmaceutical/biotech/GMP manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting analytical or in-process testing equipment.
• Experience supporting CQV of analytical instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements, preventative maintenance, and equipment documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis for analytical equipment.
• Lead and support CQV, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for analytical instruments.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors to resolve technical issues and improve equipment reliability.
• Execute preventative maintenance activities, inspections, and spare parts management.
• Review and maintain qualification documentation, SOPs, and GMP records.
• Collaborate with Analytical, Engineering, Instrumentation, and Manufacturing teams to ensure equipment availability.
