Qualifications

• Master's or higher degree in Analytical Chemistry.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in an industrial analytical laboratory setting.
• Substantial experience in polymer characterization.
• Substantial experience in extraction techniques and trace compound analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical testing using techniques such as HPLC, GC, GC-MS, FTIR, UV-Vis, SEC, thermal analysis, particle size analysis and microscopy.
• Develop, validate and maintain analytical methods for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Provide accurate analytical results and interpretations to internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales.
