Job summary

ARSIEM Corporation seeks a Sr. Analytic Developer to advance the Access Discovery & Tradecraft mission at Fort Meade, MD. You will create cutting-edge analytic capabilities, automate analyst workflows, and prototype software for mission success alongside analysts and data scientists.

You will prototype, deploy, and transition capabilities, embracing AI-assisted development and rapid iteration to modernize mission processes and support data exploitation at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong software engineering experience developing applications with Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Familiarity with mission analyst tools and understanding analyst workflows and operational requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technologies and deliver innovative software solutions in an agile, mission-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities in data discovery and analytic tradecraft.
• Gather and document user stories and use cases, facilitate discussions, and translate mission needs into software solutions.
• Design and prototype applications that automate manual processes and accelerate analyst productivity.
• Support transitioning prototypes into sustainable operational capabilities with AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop software using Python and Jupyter Notebooks to support data analysis and automation.
• Create reusable components and APIs that integrate with existing mission systems.
• Build scalable data workflows and automate analyst tasks to improve knowledge management.
