Job Summary

UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer responsible for research, design, adoption, and utilization of our web-based product offerings. The role requires experience in interface usability, wireframe and prototype development for responsive mobile and browser-based interfaces. The designer will collaborate with UX team members, product, and development teams in an agile environment to understand requirements, conduct UX surveys, prepare prototypes, and work through to testing and release.

Main Responsibilities

• User Experience and User Interface design
• Collaborate on UX surveys and testing
• Work with product teams to understand business requirements
• Define a standard user experience across teams
• Stay current with industry standards and implement them
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes using Figma
• Inform management on project progress and risks
• Create engaging design solutions for Web and mobile
• Participate in product discovery and research
• Identify and solve design problems
• Make strategic UX decisions
• Rapidly test and iterate designs
• Collaborate with stakeholders
• Champion new ideas and take smart risks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in product discovery, wireframing, and designing experiences
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for mobile and desktop
• Experience with end-to-end workflow solutions, preferably in finance
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with design systems and responsive design
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Ability to understand client requirements and design complete experiences
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Effective communication skills
• Team-oriented and open to feedback

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in regulated industries like finance or healthcare

The salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 USD, with potential incentives. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
