Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fund accounting, custody, fund administration, audit, asset management, or related financial services functions.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP, investment company accounting, and fund operations principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently analyze complex issues and develop practical recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong business writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to leverage technology to improve operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily oversight and review of fund accounting activities related to NAV calculations.
• Monitor NAV movements, accounting exceptions, and variances for accuracy.
• Analyze NAV fluctuations and unusual portfolio activity to identify drivers and impacts.
• Research complex securities and non-standard investments for proper accounting treatment.
• Develop and present analyses for management and governance committees.
• Lead first-level oversight reviews across fund accounting, custody, and distributions.
• Support fund launches, mergers, reorganizations, and other significant events.
• Contribute to initiatives to enhance controls and reduce operational risk.
