What You’ll Be Responsible For

Joining the Treasury team, you will help design, implement, and execute financial products like credit, FX, and tokenized assets. You will collaborate across teams to develop solutions, establish workflows, and support liquidity, risk management, and settlement operations in a dynamic, web3-focused setting.

What You'll Work On

• Product Design & Development: Collaborate with teams to enhance product offerings such as fiat FX, on-chain FX, and credit.
• Implementation: Develop scalable workflows and internal tools for treasury operations.
• Execution: Manage daily workflows including trade booking, reconciliation, settlement, and reporting.
• Financial Resource Management: Oversee liquidity, capital, and balance sheet capacity to support growth.
• Policies & Procedures: Create and maintain documentation for treasury policies and procedures.

Core Requirements

• 4+ years in Treasury, Finance, or Operations, with blockchain/digital assets experience preferred.
• Operational and market knowledge, including liquidity management.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends.
• Skill in managing priorities and building workflows.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and creative problem-solver.

Preferred Requirements

• Technical skills in Python, SQL, or similar languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Familiarity with Slack, MacOS, and GSuite.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information
