Senior Analyst - Investment Transactions Boston, MA | Hybrid

Exciting Senior Analyst opportunity with a highly regarded financial services firm in Boston. This position will join a growing team responsible for supporting investment transactions from initial execution through closing and onboarding.

The role offers excellent exposure across the investment process and the opportunity to work closely with teams throughout the organization. It would be a great fit for someone coming from investment operations, transaction services, fund operations, accounting/advisory, or a similar financial services background who wants to continue building their experience in a transaction-focused role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate the closing and onboarding of new investment transactions
• Review deal documentation and identify key financial and operational terms
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on schedule
• Maintain and validate investment and transaction data within internal systems
• Track active transactions, documentation, funding requirements, and closing deadlines
• Perform post-close reviews and reconciliations
• Assist with transaction-related analysis, reporting, and documentation
• Support due diligence and other special projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience within financial services, investments, transaction support, operations, accounting, or advisory
• Experience working with investment or transaction-related documentation
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with financial data
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
