Job summary

LPL Financial in Fort Mill, SC seeks a Senior Analyst for the Overlay Portfolio Management Group to lead delivery of the Tax Overlay Program and manage multiple initiatives against deadlines. You will interact with internal and external stakeholders to uphold business objectives and provide clear, actionable insights.

You will present analyses, train advisors, and help optimize investment processes while supporting strategic transitions for advisor clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience speaking to large audiences (up to 500).
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Knowledge of investment management operations with unified managed accounts.
Knowledge of financial markets (equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds).
Fast-paced environment with daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

Represent OPMG/Trading in enterprise projects and explain impact.
Create trainings and present to advisors on the Tax Overlay Program.
Develop business strategy for seamless transitions.
Support multifaceted roadmap goals and meet deadlines.
Manage cross-functional relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
Conduct project reviews and produce executive reports.
Act as senior trader, identify client accounts for optimization and execute trades.
Collaborate with business, product management and technology to test improvements.
Present transition analysis reports to Advisors and walk through plans.
