Job summary

LPL Financial is hiring an Associate Analyst for Overlay Service in Fort Mill, SC. You will provide critical operational support for GWP, MWP, OMP, PWP and SMA, acting as a liaison between Overlay Service and Overlay Operations to ensure SLAs are met.

You’ll maintain up-to-date knowledge, process requests across platforms, and help with quality control, process improvements, and regulatory compliance. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of operations experience in financial services.
• Experience with MS Office, Beta, Siebel, ClientWorks and Move Money Tool.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical operational support for Overlay Service products (GWP, MWP, OMP, PWP, SMA).
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across Overlay Service offerings.
• Accurately process requests across multiple platforms.
• Act as liaison between Overlay Service and Overlay Operations.
• Support internal business partners with Overlay Service products.
• Ensure requests are within SLA and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Support QC, process improvements and resolution of inquiries.
• Assist with new processes, procedures, and testing.
• Review processes for efficiency and risk reduction.
• Maintain policy and procedure documents as changes arise.
• Serve as SME in Overlay products, trading processes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support system enhancements.
