Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate or finance experience.
• Degree in Real Estate, Building, Business, Finance, or equivalent with financial modeling experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist asset management with strategies to optimize NOI and asset value.
• Prepare reports covering financial performance, leasing status, and rental collection.
• Collaborate with Asset and Property Managers to optimize resident experience and compliance.
• Prepare leasing memos, variance analysis, and budget monitoring.
• Support portfolio-level analysis and finance projects.
• Manage market intelligence and industry information for competitiveness.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
