White & Case LLP in New York is seeking a strategy professional to help formulate and execute key projects aligned with the firm’s 2028 vision of a distinctive client experience. You will collaborate with the Global Director of Strategy, the Executive Committee, strategy committees, and cross‑functional leaders to drive initiatives from formulation to execution.

• A four year college degree.

Responsabilidades

• Lead key workstreams within complex strategy engagements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Independently drive the research and analysis agenda using PowerPoint, Excel, and visualization tools.
• Own the research agenda end-to-end by defining and refining hypotheses, designing the research approach, and drawing on primary and secondary sources to build a robust evidence base.
• Take accountability for the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of fact bases by critically evaluating sources, stress‑testing assumptions, and ensuring all data is fit for purpose before it informs analysis or decision‑making.
• Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis including external market analysis using Excel and Power BI, and ensuring data integrity, identifying trends and anomalies, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Developing and applying analytical frameworks to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex business problems, including proactively spotting gaps, surfacing issues, and asking the right questions to sharpen the team’s thinking.
• Taking ownership of aspects of high‑quality presentations and reports, including synthesizing complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives and insights that are fit for senior leadership audiences.
• Managing and continuously improving the Strategy team’s knowledge repositories and network lists, and serving as a reliable point of contact for related information requests.
• Managing day‑to‑day relationships with internal stakeholders and external counterparts, acting as a credible and trusted point of contact, and ensuring alignment and continuity throughout engagements.
• Partnering with senior leaders on ad hoc strategy requests, including taking initiative to scope, structure, and deliver against these needs with minimal direction.

The team conducts comprehensive market and financial analyses, evaluates the competitive landscape and formulates strategies, overseeing their execution from inception to completion. All decision‑making is grounded in a robust fact base, ensuring informed and effective strategies. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, the Strategy team sets priorities, allocates resources efficiently and drives key initiatives. They continuously monitor industry trends, client needs and regulatory changes, proactively adapting the Firm’s strategies. Position Summary

As part of the Strategy team, you will help us to formulate and execute key strategic projects that are instrumental to delivering on our Firm’s 2028 vision of creating a distinctive client experience as well as develop future phases of the Firm’s strategy.

Under the direction of the Global Director of Strategy, you will collaborate with the Executive Committee (EC), Strategy Committees and task forces, relevant functional leaders, and strategy team to drive initiatives from strategy formulation to execution.

Duties and Accountabilities

The roles and responsibilities of this job include:

Working closely with the broader Strategy team, internal stakeholders, and external consultants, you will lead key workstreams within complex strategy engagements. You are expected to independently drive the research and analysis agenda, take accountability for the quality and integrity of deliverables in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visualization Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and proactively manage work plans and deadlines. This includes anticipating risks and taking the necessary steps to manage and mitigate them.

Specifics include:

The New York salary range is: $104,000 - $156,000.
