White & Case is seeking a Strategy professional in New York to shape the firm's 2028 vision. You will lead strategic initiatives, coordinate with the Executive Committee, and drive execution from formulation to outcome.
Responsibilities include managing research, delivering high-quality analyses in Power BI/Excel, and producing clear narratives for senior leaders. This role reports to the Global Director of Strategy and offers exposure to top-tier clients and cross-border work.
Our Strategy team plays a pivotal role in shaping the Firm’s long‑term vision and ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage. The team conducts comprehensive market and financial analyses, evaluates the competitive landscape and formulates strategies, overseeing their execution from inception to completion. All decision-making is grounded in a robust fact base, ensuring informed and effective strategies. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, the Strategy team sets priorities, allocates resources efficiently and drives key initiatives. They continuously monitor industry trends, client needs and regulatory changes, proactively adapting the Firm’s strategies. By fostering innovation and a culture of continuous improvement, the Strategy team ensures that the Firm remains agile, forward‑thinking and well positioned for future success.
As part of the Strategy team, you will help us to formulate and execute key strategic projects that are instrumental to delivering on our Firm’s 2028 vision of creating a distinctive client experience as well as develop future phases of the Firm’s strategy. Under the direction of the Global Director of Strategy, you will collaborate with the Executive Committee (EC), Strategy Committees and task forces, relevant functional leaders, and strategy team to drive initiatives from strategy formulation to execution.
The New York salary range is: $104,000 - $156,000.
This role reports to Global Director of Strategy.
