Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Senior Analyst – Strategic Analytics in the US Growth & Strategic Analytics team. You will turn complex call centre data into actionable insights to drive revenue growth, improve conversion and enhance customer outcomes.

You will work at the intersection of analytics, operations and strategy with senior leadership teams. Success means delivering tangible commercial impact, influencing stakeholders and embedding data-driven decision making across the call centre

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial analytics, BI, revenue optimization or similar.
• Strong SQL and Python or R capability.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Power BI or equivalent dashboarding expertise.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Customer operations or call centre analytics experience.
• Exposure to experimentation or AI-enabled solutions is beneficial.

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst – Strategic Analytics to join our US Growth & Strategic Analytics team! You'll turn complex call centre data into commercial action that drives revenue growth, improves conversion and enhances customer outcomes. Working at the intersection of analytics, operations and strategy, you'll help shape decisions that directly influence business performance.

Partnering closely with Operations, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Technology and senior leadership teams, you'll identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and deliver insights that lead to measurable results.

Success in this role means delivering tangible commercial impact, influencing key stakeholders and embedding data-driven decision making across the call centre operation.
